Mark has devoted his career to advocating for the rights and interests of injured and vulnerable clients. Thanks to his extensive past experience in Clinical Negligence, Mark brings a strong understanding of medical issues and a wealth of experience in successfully litigating in matters against public sector bodies.
Mark takes pride in his ability to simplify complex legal issues for his clients enabling them to have a clear understanding of their legal rights and the issues involved in their case.
Having worked with many children and young people with special educational needs over the course of his career and witnessing the difficulties parents face when dealing with Local Authorities, Mark was drawn to Education law by an ambition to focus his expertise on helping children and young people to access suitable education and achieve their full potential.
