Sarah Carter-Barford

Sarah joined HCB in May 2024 as Talent Acquisition Manager for our Wales and South West region. She plays an important role in attracting and welcoming talented individuals to support the continued growth of our teams across our Cardiff, Bristol and Aberdare offices.

Working closely with colleagues across the firm, Sarah helps identify and recruit the right people to strengthen our departments and ensure we continue to provide an excellent service to our clients.
